How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders take 1-3 processing days as well as an additional 1-5 days for shipping. If you purchased a preorder item, there will be a set shipping date.

Do you accept returns?

  As pieces are made to order and handmade, we unfortunately DO NOT accept swimsuit returns for health and sanitary reasons. Again, refer to the size guide to make sure you are choosing the proper size. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via email.

I don’t see the Size Guide, where is it?

 The Size Guide is at the bottom of the page, under the Customer Service drop down.  

Can I get in the water with my swimsuit?

  Yes, you can get in fresh or saltwater with the swimsuits. The material used is a mercerized cotton so the fiber will hold up in the water with no issue.

How do I wash my crochet items?

  For longevity, hand wash swimsuits with a mild soap and lay flat to air dry. For all other crochet items, they can be machine washed and dried on low. If you should want to machine wash your swimsuit, place it in a machine garment bag.

I placed an order and forgot to apply my discount code. Can I be refunded the difference?

  Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders that have been placed or refund customers the difference. 

I placed my order and waited out the processing time and I still have not received a tracking number, what is happening?

  As our processing time is 1-3 days, shipping excludes Sundays and major holidays. If the third day of processing falls on a Saturday or a holiday, expect to receive your tracking number on the next business day.

I placed an order and still have not received a confirmation email.

  There may have been a typo in the email address provided during checkout. Please contact us at hello.kwhit@gmail.com with the correct email address and name on the order so we can verify so you can receive your confirmations.

I am trying to place an order with a discount code but it is not working. Why is that?

 Discount codes can't be applied to sale items or if there is a promotion active on our site. Certain discount codes also are one use per customer so if it not working for you, it has either been used already or no longer valid for use.
